Symptoms
When attempting to install Forms and Reports 11.1.2.2 on Solaris SPARC 11.3 , it fails at 92 % with the below error:

1. Install 11.1.2.2 Forms and Reports in Solaris 11.3
2. During installation below errors are seen :

If we ignore all these and complete the install,
During configuration it fails while starting Reports component with the error

ld.so.1: rwserver: fatal: librw.so: open failed: No such file or directory
When checked found that librw.so is not present under $ORACLE_HOME/lib where as it is present in Solaris 11.2 install.
