Can not Output remote address to Audit Log When channel.RemoteAddress is Checked in ContextHandler (Doc ID 2191793.1)

Symptoms

Channel.RemoteAddress is checked in contextHandler to audit when setting audio log,
and then try to access admin console from remote machine.

Audit log is created, but remote address isn't output to audit log.
