AMC Agents Download Tab Shows "Failed To Compute Value" for Installation Zip Files (Doc ID 2192010.1)

On Advanced Management Console (AMC) version 2.4, the AMC Agents will not download.

In the AMC Console, in the Configuration Tab, under the Agents Download tab, there is an error message showing for the Agent Installation ZIP files which reads "Failed to compute value".
The agent cannot be downloaded when this error is showing.


Additionally, in the WebLogic Server log file for the domain running AMC, you may see this message:
