Separate Remediation Request Not Generated For Multiple Accounts (Mulitple Accounts Per Application) For Same Entitlement (Doc ID 2192051.1)

Symptoms

Separate remediation requests are not getting generated for accounts with same entitlement (multiple account provisioning) for an application. 

Usecase: For one of our entitlement based review, have different accounts with same entitlement under one user. In this case if entitlement has three different accounts, three remediation requests should to be generated for that user. But OIM is generating only one remediation request with user-entitlement combination.

ERROR

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Create a Sample Entitlement Phase Certification definition
2) Make sure it contains the entitlement with the following scenario.
      Entitlement should contain different accounts with same entitlement which belongs to the same user.
3) Revoke all the tasks which falls under above scenario. Complete the review and sign-off
4) Remediation requests will be generated.
 
Now only 1 remediation request will be generated for the User with different accounts which has same entitlement.
