Remediation Request Not Getting Generated For All Accounts For an Application (Mulitple Accounts Per Resource)

Remediation Requests are not getting generated for all accounts with same entitlement (multiple account provisioning) for an application. This is an issue regarding remediation requests, which gets generated after the completion of the review.
For one of our entitlement based review, we have different accounts with same entitlement under one user and we have multiple users like this. In this case if entitlement has three different accounts, three remediation requests needs to be generated for that user. But it is generating only one remediation request with user-entitlement combination.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Create a Sample Entitlement Phase Certification definition
2) Make sure it contains the entitlement with the following scenario.
Entitlement should contain different accounts with same entitlement which belongs to the same user.
3) Revoke all the tasks which falls under above scenario. Complete the review and sign-off
4) Remediation requests will be generated.
Now you can see only 1 remediation request will be generated for the User with different accounts which has same entitlement.
Expected: Different remediation requests should be generated for different accounts for that user.
