Tuxedo Client Gets Context Limit Reached Failure on Windows When Executing in Batch (Doc ID 2192112.1)

Symptoms

Tuxedo Version 10.3.0.0 with VS2005, 32-bit

The Tuxedo client reports this error after the batch job kicks off:

171541.tuxclientmachine!?proc.7156.5932.-2: Cannot allocate new context; limit of 1030 has been reached
171541.tuxclientmachine!?proc.7156.5932.-2: LIBWSC_CAT:1901: ERROR: Failed to create a new context in multi-context mode
171541.tuxclientmachine!?proc.7156.5932.-2: LIBWSC_CAT:1903: ERROR: Cannot join application in single-context mode


As a work around, Tuxedo services were restarted.
