12c WebCenter Content Upgrade Warning when Checking the Java version used to launch the installer - Problem: This JDK version was not certified... (Doc ID 2192123.1)

Symptoms

When running the Fusion Middleware Infrastructure and when running the WebCenter Content 12c upgrade jar files:

Specifically, the fmw_12.2.1.x.0_infrastructure.jar on Step 5 of 9, or the fmw_12.2.1.x.0_wccontent.jar on step 4 of 7, if you have not installed Java 1.8.0_77, a warning message is displayed as follows:

Checking Java version used to launch the installer
Problem: This JDK version was not certified at the time it was made generally available. It may have been certified following general availability.
(Warning message continues).

Changes

 When running either of the Fusion Middleware Infrastructure and WebCenter Content 12c upgrade jar files during installation:  fmw_12.2.1.x.0_infrastructure.jar or fmw_12.2.1.x.0_wccontent.jar
