OS Is Not Supported Error When Enrolling From iOS 10

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On any device upgraded to iOS 10 the existing Workspace functions correctly, however if a user tries to re-enroll with iOS 10 or enroll a new iOS 10 device they see the error "Unable To Login Deleting cert due to login failure: The operation couldn't be completed (ECPErrorDomain error 101)". After tapping OK the users then receive a second error: "Registration Failed (OS is not Supported)"
