Symptoms
Chrome freezes and after some time shows a Page Unresponsive popup.
Debugging in Chrome shows the following exception:

This is a browser specific issue where the browser in this case (Chrome) suspends the running javascripts of the Identity console if the response time is very slow between the client/server.
