OGG Studio Not Able To Connect to OGG Agent. It is always trying to connect to localhost regardless of the OGG hostname configuration in Studio (Doc ID 2192976.1)

Symptoms

Studio v12.2.1.1 GoldenGate Instance connection to remote host always using
localhost regardless of entry in GoldenGate Instance connection: Host Name.
This results in Test Connection to GoldenGate failing with Connection
refused.

When GoldenGate Instance connection configured with Host name: linux6vm1, the
UI message log shows:

Rest Call:http://linux6vm1:8089/mpoints
oracle.oggstudio.deploy.exception.ConnectionException: GGSTU-60006: Unable to
connect to OGG Instance.
java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: 127.0.0.1; nested
exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

When GoldenGate Instance connection configured with Host name:
10.145.125.113, the UI message log shows:

Rest Call:http://10.145.125.113:8089/mpoints
oracle.oggstudio.deploy.exception.ConnectionException: GGSTU-60006: Unable to
connect to OGG Instance.
java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: 127.0.0.1; nested
exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

When Studio is installed on the same host as OGG, the connection is
successful:
