Goal

Experiencing intermittent ORA-48121 errors during execution of random Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) processes going against a newly upgraded Oracle 12c database (Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production):

The problem started after upgrading to Oracle 12c database, the same processes running without problem against an 11.2.0.3.0 database
