Filtering does not Work on Dynamic Table (Doc ID 2193233.1)

Symptoms

Users can create dynamic tables that provide filtering if a ViewObject Instance is dropped from a DataControl into a page as table with options: "Enabling Filtering" and "Generate columns dynamically at runtime".
But filtering doesn't work correctly on the dynamic table:

When users enter a value in the filter field of the dynamic table and press enter, the value gets copied to all filter fields in all the columns of the table.
