Unable to process request. Getting Object not found from WebSphere Security Module

From one application, user tries to assign a new role but getting failed response in BLM provisioning

But User can able to assign other Roles and getting success response.

Error observed:

Caused by: com.wles.blm.BLMObjectFindException: Object not found
