Symptoms

Upgrade Assistant is failing during the SOA upgrade from 11g 11.1.1.7 to 12c 12.2.1.1. UA fails for soa-infra schema with the error below:

oracle.sysman.assistants.common.dbutil.SQLFatalErrorException: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
