Batchloader Hda File Fails To Update Documents In a Framework Folder (Doc ID 2194323.1)

Symptoms

On WCC 11.1.1.9.0 version, when trying to move documents to different folders using the batchloader, it fails with the below error. If running the .hda with the fFolderGUID value equal to the documents current location, then the update does not fail, only when changing to a new value.
