Symptoms
Customers who have downloaded the Oracle Identity Management Suite Patch version 11.1.2.3.160719 (via patch 23261479) and installed the OAM Bundle Patch 11.1.2.3.160719 could encounter an issue with resources being improperly evaluated as protected with the Anonymous authentication scheme resulting in an HTTP-302 redirection to OAM Server or encounter protected resources not being evaluated as protected at all.
