Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.0.0 version, Apache Web Server

Trying to Install OHS 12.2.1 Following the Documentation

Oracle® Fusion Middleware Installing and Configuring Oracle HTTP Server

STEPS FOLLOWED

--------------------

1. Installed Database.

2. Created a new user TMPDBA and assigned SYSDBA Privileges.

SESSIONS_PER_USER limit is set to unlimited for SYS as well as SYSDBA user.

3. Installed Fusion Middleware Infrastructure.

4. Ran RCU to create Schemas

5. Run config.sh to create the Domain.

The Domain Creation fails with:

Domain Location: /Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/ohs_domain
Reason: ORA-02391: exceeded simultaneous SESSIONS_PER_USER limit
