SFTP Listening Channel not Picking up File (Doc ID 2195467.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, B2B Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Twice in the last 2 months an SFTP listening channel is not picking up file from the source SFTP server, even though the file exists.

The following B2B property setting is in place:


Even after recreating the listening channel, the problem persists.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Files should be picked up by the listening channel consistently.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Listening channel picks up files.
2. Listening channel stops picking up files.
3. SOA server restarted.
4. Listening channel resumes picking up files.
