Goal

When performing vendor subclass training in the AP Packaged Project, sometimes the incorrect vendor subclass is created.  For example the invoice belongs to vendor "ABC Construction", but during extraction the vendor identified in the VendorASSA is "AAA Consulting".  If a user corrects the vendor to "ABC Construction" and performs training on the invoice a subclass gets erroneously created for "AAA Consulting".
