Oracle Service Registry Interceptor Does Not Get Triggered When OSR Is Deployed On WebLogic Server (Doc ID 2196519.1)

Symptoms

Following the Oracle Services Registry documentation to create an interceptor.  All steps are indicated in the official OSR documentation:

After following the steps and testing, the final results are not the expected as the interceptor is not called.  The interceptor should be called and a file should have been created as result of it.  The code on this interceptor creates a file.

Due to this issue, the necessary customization can not be implemented.
