Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.1.0 version, WebCenter Sites

Even though the upgrade is successful from 12.2.1.0.0 to 12.2.1.1.0,
when the application is started - the start up logs show 12.2.1.1.0 but the login UI and jars still reference 12.2.1.0.0
