AuditNotfoundException When Viewing Audit Info Or Flow Diagram Instances (Doc ID 2196921.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently, some instances are not showing Audit Trails or Flow Diagrams. When viewing these, the errors below are output to the Diagnostic Logs:
