Role Changes with Deletion From Peoplesoft User Management Target Doesn't Get Reflected In OIM (Doc ID 2196976.1)

Symptoms

Role changes from Peoplesoft doesn't get reflected in OIM. The XML, which was sent to OIM, had the correct information of the role along with the AUDIT_ACTN tag inside the PSCAMA with the value of D for deletion. In OIM, the reconciliation event and the task "Reconciliation Update Received" task in the resource history for the Peoplesoft both show the information for the deleted role, but there is no change to the role record in the user-defined child table for the Peoplesoft resource in OIM.

STEPS
-----------------------
- create user in OIM
- verify connection with Peoplesoft (make changes from OIM to Peoplesoft and vice versa)
- clear queue in IB
- add role in Peoplesoft
- check data in OIM and IB queue
- remove role in SIDM
- check data in OIM and IB queue
