Symptoms

Some SQL workshop menu items do not work:

For instance:
1) SQL Workshop->Utilities->About database
2) SQL Workshop->Utilities->Database Monitor-Sessions

It then asks for the Administrator password (Oracle account with DBA role).  But when credentials are provided the window which request credentials appears again.   It will keep appearing until click on CANCEL. No error message appears.  If enter the incorrect data (wrong login or password) "Incorrect password or user does not have required role." error appears.
