Does OWSM Support OAUTH 2.0 For Version 12.1.3? (Doc ID 2197821.1)

Symptoms

In an unofficial document found here, it is mentioned that the following client policies should be attached at the client side when OAuth2 is used and when the policy oracle/multi_token_over_ssl_rest_service_policy is used on the service side:

oracle/http_oauth2_token_over_ssl__client_policy
oracle/oauth2_config_client_policy

However, the above client policies are not included in the 12.1.3 version.

When SOAPUI is used to test the call to the service without those client policies, the following error is generated:
