Symptoms

When attempting to run an Oracle Watchlist Screening (OWS) Batch Screening job, the following two errors are thrown:

ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired
ORA-00955: 'name is already used by an existing object

The Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) schemas are running on a server other than the app server running WebLogic and EDQ. Furthermore, the results schema is split from the other schemas.
