Error "The system cannot find the file specified" Committing Email Message Imported by Enterprise Capture Import Processor Email Provider as Text (Doc ID 2197992.1)

Symptoms

When using the Import Processor Email provider 12.2.1.1.0 to import emails from an Office 365 account (both sending address and receiving address in the same domain), the email gets imported successfully, but there is a failure at commit time. The message in the stack trace reads as:
