Symptoms

When OIM is deployed behind a load balancer, upon clicking the request Claim button (Inbox --> Pending Approvals) the following url redirect error is displayed.

“This document you requested has moved temporarily: Its at http://<hostname>:<port>/identity/faces/adf.task-flow-retur?”
