Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.0.0 version, WLS-Upgrade (non-component)
After upgrading WebLogic from 10.3.6 to 12c (12.2.1.0.0), when trying to deploy the newly complied /migrated war file in 12c, noticing the following error only one of the 2 managed servers. When deploying the WebServices app on WLS 12.2.1.0 domain, deployment is failing on MS1 only and not on MS2. MS1 and MS2 are clustered and on 2 different physical boxes. The application is compiled using Ant scripts and application is deployed manually from the console. Customer is not using Eclipse IDE.
Environment: WLS 12.2.1.0.0, JDK : java version "1.8.0_65", Oracle Linux 6/Oracle VM- Linux x86-64
