Stack Trace Error After Outlook Check-in (Doc ID 2199551.1)

Customer is using Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) build with  Content Server bundle patch 160829 (released Aug 29 - 2016).

A user is receiving an error in the WebCenter Content (WCC) server log when checking in an email from Outlook Check In Mail Item menu.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select email.
  3. Click on Check In Mail Items.
  4. The DIS screen comes up, from there select environment.
  5. The check-in screen from Outlook comes up.
  6. Fill out the metadata and click OK.
  7. Submission finishes without message error.
