While accessing 12c forms URL http://hostname:<port>/forms/frmservlet the following error occurs :

FRM-93131: Cannot find base HTML file basejpi.htm
Contact your system administrator.

While checking whether basejpi.htm file is present in the corresponding folder, the 'instances' folder itself is not found under :

12c\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\base_domain\config\fmwconfig\components\FORMS folder
