Deleting Flow Instances from EM is Very Slow (Doc ID 2199711.1)

Symptoms

When delete flow instance from em，it is very slow and take too long time, it spends around 40~80 minutes.

The sql of DELETE FROM BPM_AUDIT_QUERY WHERE COMPONENT_INSTANCE_ID IN (SELECT TPIC.CIKEY FROM TEMP_CUBE_INSTANCE_GLB TPIC) is running more than forty minutes by monitoring DB performance.
