Load Plan Substitution API is not providing the information about the failed step, instead it gives the package information invoked by the Load Plan Exception handling.
An ODI load plan (LP) with many steps was created and an exception handling scenario is associated to each LP step. When the steps fails, the load exception handling triggers a scenario created from a package that only contains the OdiSendMail step. The following information is added to the email body parameter of the OdiSendMail tool:
Note that the "Step" is the name of the exception package associated to the Load Plan Handling Exception. The "Previous Steps" and the "The current step" are without value because the package that contains the OdiSendMail has only this step and no previous steps.
