Symptoms

On Windows platforms proper monitoring of GoldenGate (OGG) "targets" is not possible.

Some of the symptoms include:
- Unable to discover GoldenGate targets in OEM 12c/13c console
- OGG Monitor Agent unable to register with GoldenGate Monitor Server
- Wrong or "stale" metrics data for OGG targets in OEM or OGG Monitor Server UI

-> ogg_agent.log shows the following errors:
