Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Fabric
Often you are not able to log on to the EM Console. When you are successful logging on, none of the composites or composite information is loaded. The following error is seen when this issue occurs.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to log on to EM Console.
2. EM Console get stuck or never renders pages.
