IPM Migration Tool Is Failing To Migrate Over Half Of The Documents And Error "Error retrieving source object" Occurs (Doc ID 2202316.1)

Symptoms

When using the Migration Tool to export, the following error occurs repeatedly in the Migration Log:

Error retrieving source object

Also, the Windows Event Log shows:
