ESSO Logon Manager: Version 18.104.22.168.0 and higher.
The ESSO-LM authentication prompt is pre-filled with the wrong username when the user attempts to Add/Modify a credential in the Logon Manager UI. The username field is grayed out and cannot be changed.
The username field should be pre-filled with the correct username for the user logged onto the workstation.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- User changes the windows password for the account.
- Logon to the workstation with the user and new password.
- Open the Logon Manager UI.
- Click Add or Modify to create or modify a credential.
The user changes the password for the user account in the domain after the user account was recently renamed.
