Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, the timezone set on Exalogic Control vServers EC1,PC1 & PC2 is not read correctly by java process OVMM & EMOC. In the example shown in this Note, the timezone set was Australia/Perth time as shown below from /etc/sysconfig/clock on EMOC vServer:
