Symptoms

Issue
-------
Cannot check in Large files.

User getting a http 500 error when trying to checking in large files (example: file sizes of 964mb, 1.3GB and 2.3GB file sizes. Easily repeatable with the a 2.3GB file). No problems with smaller files.

Event generated by user 'bob' at host 'xyz.host.domain'. Client terminated the upload of file 'veryLargeFile.zip'. java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
