Getting Error When Activate A Newly Created Identity Provider From the Provider List (Doc ID 2202757.1)

Symptoms

On WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.0.0, getting error when you activate a newly created Identity Provider from Provider List.

Here are the steps:
- In admin UI-> admin -> visitors admin
- Click on Identity providers
- Click Add new (uploaded a jar file) and then uploaded the configuration
- Save (no errors at this point)
- From the identity providers list view (click on Identity provider again)
- Click active radio button
- Get this error "One or more assets failed to save.Please refer log."
