After Applying a Sites Patch, Not Able To Login Into Sites Clustered Environment with cas.log error "org.jboss.cache.lock.TimeoutException: Replication timeout" (Doc ID 2203907.1)

Symptoms

After applying a patch to the Sites cluster nodes, one of the cluster nodes is failing to respond to replication request, causing user to not be able to login into their Sites UI. Following errors seen:

1. WebLogic log file
[Fatal Error] :-1:-1: Premature end of file.
