LibOVD Integrated with SOA: getmemberofgroups() Does Not Return "domain users" Group Details in 12c (as it Used to in 11g)

Symptoms
Calling Identity Service in 12.2.1.1.0 has a different response than the one from SOA 11g.
getmemberofgroups() does not return "domain users" group details.
Scenarios and Tests:
1. Configured SOA 12.2.1.1.0 with two Microsoft (MS) Active Directory (AD) providers.
Testing getGrantedRolesToUser in http://<host>:7101/integration/services/IdentityService/identity, it is displaying the groups (direct and indirect group) just from the first Active Directory (AD).
2. Setting the following settings:
In /refresh/home/.jdeveloper/system12.2.1.1.42.160607.2047/DefaultDomain/config/fmwconfig/jps-config.xml, added:
But in the http://<host>:7101/integration/worklistapp, when accessing User Details, the error is no longer present, but no groups are displayed.
The desired functionality is as it used to be in 11g.
