HTTP Server Wallet in FMWC Fails With 'No Wallet created' For a Second HTTP Server Instance (Doc ID 2204097.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle HTTP Server 12.2.1.0.0. 2 OHS instances were created.

Using Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control for the second OHS instance ->Administration- > Virtual hosts -> SSL configuration, it does not recognize the existence of the default wallet .  The Server Wallet name drop box say '<No wallet created>'

The wallet does exist in the correct location and the SSLWallet directive in ssl.conf also refers to it correctly.

The first OHS instance does not seem to demonstrate this issue, in spite of the fact that both were created using the same method (Add /delete ohs instance)

It is only the second OHS instance which demonstrates the issue.
