BPM 12.1.3: Change of business parameter value fails to synchronize across cluster nodes (Doc ID 2204288.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

It was found that when a business parameter value is changed in a cluster,  this change is only known by the server on which the instance of Workspace used to change the value runs. This is seen when you happen to be in an instance of Workspace that runs on one of the other servers of that cluster. It was also seen that a running process that uses the value of a business parameter, sometimes takes the new and sometimes the old value (depending on which server it runs at that time).

Apparently a change of a value of a business parameter on one server is not automatically propagated to all other servers in the cluster.
