Clustered/High Availability Environment Causing Inconsistent Results on Pages Between Nodes (Doc ID 2205000.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.0.0 high availability setup (HA), users may notice changes not being propagated when accessing portals/pages/shared assets on each node. The following list are items that may not be propagated between each node:

-Skin changes on a portal is not reflecting on node2 after change on node1.
-Page parameter not shown on node2 after change on node1.
-Page changes not displayed on node2 after change on node1.
-Edit to message board posting on node1 is not seen on other node2.
-User Profile Status is not updated in the User Profile Snapshot task flow on the other nodes on HA setup.
-Page creation/editing results in error in logs:

<All session objects should be serializable to replicate. Check the objects in the session. Failed to replicate a non-serializable object.
java.rmi.MarshalException: failed to marshal create(Lweblogic.rmi.spi.HostID;ILweblogic.cluster.replication.ROID;Ljava.io.Serializable;); nested exception is: java.io.NotSerializableException
