Exalogic : virtual Exalogic ECU step 40 failed due to slowness of DNS response (Doc ID 2205215.1)

Symptoms

During EECS 2.0.6.2.0 virtual installation, When run the ECU step 40, waiting for generating log file elcontrol_configure_pool1.log, it does not get populated.

Login to EMOC vServer and check the /var/log/elcontrol/elcontrol_discover_pool1.log, the following RPC timeout error was reported:
