Symptoms
Traditional Chinese words display unreasonable characters when exporting data from BPM
When exporting the tasks from BPM to Excel, Traditional Chinese letters become unreasonable characters.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Chinese characters should be visible in the excel spreadsheet.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. BPM Worklist UI
2. User clicks on 'Export to Excel' icon
3. Exported excel file contains some junk characters
