When attempting to provision user with OIM IBM AS400 account using the OIM IBM AS400 11g Connector, following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Install and configure OIM IBM AS400 11g Connector.
2. Try to provision the AS400 account to a user in OIM.
