Symptoms

Fusion Middleware 12.2.x has been installed on a system that contains other Oracle products like the Oracle database.

When running the Opatch commands using the Fusion Middleware ORACLE_HOME/OPatch location an error occurs.

 

Changes

 This occurs with a new install and no changes were made after installation.
