Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
executeEmptyRowSet() is causing an empty detail View Object

Users are experiencing random data mismatch in production: the data actually exists in the database, but does not show up in the application.
The application has application module pooling turned on.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Data should not be lost
