Eloqua forms are no longer listed in Sites UI (Doc ID 2206694.1)

Symptoms

Eloqua Forms do not appear in Sites UI.  This could happen suddenly after a long period of no issues.

Errors can be seen in the Sites UI in relation to "oracle.wcsites.eloquaintegration.EloquaAuthenticationFilter" as well as seeing the error, 
[oracle.wcsites.eloquaintegration.jsp] | Fetch: Error in retrieving Asset(s) data from eloqua. Either the Asset is deleted on Eloqua or the Configuration is wrong. Please recheck.
